We love tea and we want to share it with tea lovers around the world, and now we need 2 fun and funky people to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique and exciting retail experience.

Applicants must be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people. Applicants offering previous visual merchandising skills should detail these with references; these skills are not a prerequisite but may be beneficial to your application. This role will suit an outgoing bubbly personality, with a creative flair. (uni students are welcome to apply as long as you can give us 3 shifts a week once you go back to school).

To succeed in this role you will:

• be enthusiastic, motivated, Customer driven, efficient and passionate.
• have previous experience in either a retail or customer service role and you will share our commitment to provide the very best retail experience
• have excellent communication skills, including a "STRONG" command of English
• be flexible with your hours and available to work weekends
• a passion for tea ( we have 80 different types)

Job Requirements:

• Min. Year 10 High School education or equivalent.
• Three months in retail or fast food service operations or equivalent experience.
• A strong commitment to the quality and cleanliness standards of operation
