COMPETITION OVERVIEW (NOT PART OF CONDITIONS)

Principal entry requirement: Entrants must make a purchase in retail or when dining to be legible to enter in to this competition.

Entry Period: opens on 12th of April 2012 and ends at 14th of May 2012

Entry method: in person only.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Oriental Tea House, ABN 78117394279, of 24 Ellis St, South Yarra VIC 3141 (Promoter”).

Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.

The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.

ENTRY
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must make a purchase from the retail or dining section of the store, from any participating retail outlet anywhere in Victoria (“Promotion Product”)

The customer must spent $25 per person  in our store and fill the competition entry form telling us what makes your mum special for a chance to win yum cha for a year.

PRIZE

Prize consists of 12 x $100 vouchers to use per month for an entire year.1 prize per store, with 4 prizes overall. Patron must use voucher allocated per month.

COMPETITION WINNERS

David Zhou will select the top 3 competition entries per store. These entries will then be put to the public for vote via Facebook / Twitter / Blog . One winner will be selected per store to win yum cha for a year.

The winner will be announced 1st June 2012
