Longan Aril, chrysanthemum & wolfberry fruits are all renowned for tonifying the heart and spleen, nourishing blood and calming the mind.
Chrysanthemum tea has stimulating property and helps in alerting the senses and rejuvenating the brain. It stimulates senses very quickly and also calms down the nerves.
For a berry with such an intimidating name, the wolfberry certainly has a lot going for it. In popular English, gou qi zi (literally ‘wolf’+ ‘energy’+ ‘berry’) has become “goji.” For at least 2000 years, the wolfberry has grown wild in China and been used in common recipes and traditional Chinese medicine.
Wolf Berries contains 19 amino acids the building blocks of protein including all eight that are essential for life.
Chinese dates are sweet and warming and when added in a tea they prolong, enhance and harmonize the effects of other herbs, that’s why they work so perfect in this tea.
HOW TO BREW:
Add 360ml of boiling water to 1/2 to 1 sachet of tea and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve as is. Refill with boiling water up to 3 times. Store in a cool dry place. Serve in our Cup For One
